·         The candidate should have experience in acquiring lands for the projects.

·         Should be aware of the local government and law agencies of that region.

·         Arabic speaking person.

·         Should be willing to travel across regions to source and acquire Land for property development.

·         Should have done land acquisition for a Property company for the last 4-5 yrs.

·         Should have a good network within the Govt agencies. And able to gather market intelligence for a property in that region.

·         Excellent Personality and Communication skills.
